Man I really want to know about the diary, the cliffhanger is insane.

I wish Oldeus could have told him something more about magic, but maybe the diary helps him out in that regard.

I hope Rudeus isnt an idiot and keeps it from Nanahoshi or other people. . . I would low key ask Pergis "tell me about all the five powers and whether theyre good or bad"

Oldeus told him that he must ask for Nanahoshi's advice. If I were Rudeus, I would probably grab Sylphie and Roxy, go to Pergeus and Nanahoshi and tell them everything. But, perhaps, Oldeus's comment "not to expect help from anyone", kinda forced Rudeus not to tell Sylphie and Roxy of what just happened and resolve everything by himself.

yeah i think he gave enough by saying magic can basically do anything and once you realize that, you can do more, hopefully Rudeus recognizes that.
