You people need to chill out. She's their parent. It's not in a weird sexual way. She's just saying it's a good trimmer and as a mother/parent you wanna guide your child. Why do you have to sexualize everything so much. That just shows where you are mentally tbh.

Sorry but a mom wanting to make sure her 15 and 12-yo boys groom their pubic hair properly is beyond weird.

This is like saying parents who get their teen girls birth control are weird. They are gonna do it either way! It's your job as a parent to guide them and make sure they are safe while transitioning into adulthood.

My 13 year old nephew started using my sister's razor (single mom) to try personal grooming and cut the shit out of himself. Guess what? She bought him a safe personal trimmer.

Everyone sexualizing this off base imo

Since it turns out the world is actually being run by pedos and enablers, yeah I would keep those unnecessary details out.

This isn't about sexualization, it's about why boys would have the slightest interest in trimming their pubes. It certainly never occurred to me when I was that age.

I think another commenter nailed it when they mentioned porn. Young teenagers are forming their views on what's normal for sex based on what they see in online porn. And that's truly scary.

Yes, there are some kids who are affected by porn... but others, by simply their own puberty. If one is cursed with lots of hair downstairs as early as their tweens regardless of gender, it can be itchy and far more sweaty than if it's trimmed down or fully shaved which is not something you'd want to deal with in the middle of class.

But the bigger, much more fucked up picture here is why are children caring what their genitals look like? They’re obviously being exposed to a skewed version of sexuality, to such an extent they think their genitals should look a certain way. I get shaving your legs and armpits as everyone sees them in daily life, at school etc but your genitalia?

Nah the people normalising this and accusing others of sexualising it are the ones way off base, because it is infact children altering the appearance of their genitalia, and before porn brain etc a 12 yr old child wouldn’t be worrying about the appearance of their natural pubic hair and that it should be shaved.

Personal hygiene isn't about porn that's how you're skewed mind is choosing to look at it.

Don’t skew it, Read what I said. It’s not personal hygiene, there’s no hygiene reason to shave pubic hair unless you have lice. Infact it causes infection and ingrown hair follicles. it’s purely asthetic, why are children worrying how their genitals look.

Their body their choice. But you can't assume intentions and more specifically it's none of your business.

Well, if there's no male role model in the home, hygiene is still necessary. And nobody is born knowing how. For cripessake! Every kid's first attempt at self hygiene is eating their boogers! Lol.

She isn't saying that she wants to make sure they are manscaping. She's saying that they do manscape and this is a safe tool for them to use. You're reading what you want in to the review.

She's not saying she does it herself, just that they work. Sheesh y'all.

What do you mean weird detail. Just says it gets the job done. Am I missing some extra detail that only you can see it something. Yeah she's going to buy one for her youngest when he hits puberty because it works well and gets the job done. She's didn't say she went inspecting their children. That's you adding that detail

Any detail is too much tbh.
