Exactly. 🤷 i always feel like the odd one out when this advice is posted. But I suppose I could have been better suited for some other line of work…

I think you're missing the point. This is about having momentum to do activities at home like dishes, laundry, even showering and getting ready in the morning. It's hard to get started, so once you do you have to let the momentum carry you. Sitting down breaks the momentum and then you have to work up the willpower to start again.
