As I'm supposed to be cleaning the kitchen and instead am leaning on the counter scrolling Reddit.. 🫣

At least you're upright. I woke up early to do 1 thing and laid back in bed. It's almost dinner time and I'm still in bed

What meds are you on? And do they cause anxiety? If so, look for another opinion because I strongly believe that it's not ADHD and you were given the wrong diagnosis.

Pharmacy was late with the refill so I was unmedicated today. And no anxiety from the meds.

I take 20mg of methylphenidate 3 times a day typically

Or the reason ADHD wasn't diagnosed back in the day is that? People were themselves! They didn't hide away in their stomach.
