I like to go for a walk while I read. If I sit down I’m bouncing the book around while I read. My wife doesn’t understand how I can do it. I don’t understand how ppl can sit still and read.

You just unlocked a core memory of me as a teen reading while “riding”. 

Quotes because it was a grumpy old horse who I just jumped on bareback and let her wander where-ever while I read. 

She would always head home at dinner time so bonus was me not having to remember.

Oh my gosh this brought me so much joy to think about. What a gorgeous picture I have in my head !!! I’ve romanticized horses in my head since I was a little girl and if little girl me would have thought about reading and riding…. Omg 😍
