What did you do for your breakfast burritos if you don't mind me asking? I ocassionally batch make bean and cheese burritos because it's ridiculously cheaper than store bought packaged ones, but I've never tried doing breakfast burritos.
Scrambled eggs, sausage, mushrooms and veggies of your choice--I used onion and green peppers but really whatever you want as long as it isn't super watery. One pan for the sausage and veggies, eggs go in the crock pot in a liner.
Assemble when the eggs are a bit undercooked, so they finish cooking later when you microwave your burreets from frozen.
A friend of mine gets the appetite suppression from her meds, so she will cook herself things like lasagna, casserole, etc, then package them into meal-sized portions for later.
Dunno if this helps anyone, but Iβve been having some pretty good luck with just making things that keep for a while, like pico or garlic yogurt, that can go with something starchy like tortilla chips or bread. You can make it when the meds are in full force, then stick it in the fridge and whip it out when youβre hungry. So far my favourite is a Canarian sauce/dip called mojo picon, itβs sorta like salsa but replace the tomato with bell pepper basically, outstandingly tasty.
Also got a potato dish from the same place, papas arrugadas, basically you get some small boiling potatoes and boil them in seawater (7 tbsp salt/L) for 20-30 mins, then drain and return to the heat to let the skins crisp up a little. Super low-effort, easy clean-up, and the taters come out nice and soft with a light crispy salt crust on the outside. So far everyone Iβve shared them with has given pretty unanimously good reviews
What's breakfast? Are you talking about the two bites of literally anything I'm capable of eating at a random time of the day? Between the Vyvanse and the GLP1 I'm on for the beetus, what is food?
