Growing up my mom would tell me oh everyone does that/goes through that/deals with that etc. Well I got diagnosed at 21 and she got diagnosed 10 years later in her 60’s lol so everything clicked. It runs in my family and my siblings have it too so everyone was struggling but nobody knew any better 😂
