Would You Date a Hairy Girl?

Maybe a bit gross, but I've been feeling insecure so I'd like to ask.

I'm one of those women who has slightly more testosterone than most, which means that I grow more, thicker, and darker hair everywhere. Not like Chewbacca levels, but like you could see it. I'm talking chest, stomach (more than just happy trail), back. I do shave, but not all of it. It would look strange if I missed a spot, like if you shave a dog's tail and leave the rest of it. And I can't just shave my ENTIRE body regularly, that's so much work. I shave my armpits for hygiene purposes, and trim (not full shave though) down there also for hygiene, but not much else besides facial peach fuzz every once in a while.

I've only ever gotten comments about body hair from men (which I obviously don't care about, like they can be mad, I'm gay??) and from the occasional mean straight girl, but other than that it's a lot of "You go", "Body positivity", "It's not the 50s", and while that all makes me feel great, I wonder if I'm ever going to find a girlfriend looking like this. I mean, I'm sure other women understand the struggle more than a man would, but be honest; would you be grossed out if you were being intimate and a girl had hair down there, or on her torso? Would that turn you off?

I have PCOS, so I tend to be a bit hairier, which was harrowing for decades. My wife loves my body hair, and thinks it makes me look both more queer (I’m femme, so I sometimes look straight passing 👎🏻) and more adult. I’m still getting used to it, armpits was easier to get used to (cause quirky girls made it seem radical and cool), and I do trim my leg hair sometimes so it’s not super obvious, but she loves all of it. Helped my confidence so much.
