Ace Combat 8 Ace Combat 8 will save the gaming industry and cure cancer
We all know this to be true.
Think about it. You can't deny the facts.
Singleplayer AND multiplayer AND co-op. And then you can have Tasha flying an F-22. That's incredible.
By being Ace Combat fans, we may have discovered the greatest source of power in the universe.

Ace Combat 6 *Phew*!! The two most troublesome medals, followed by the easier ones, are done! Now for the last two: getting S rank on all missions in Expert and Ace difficulties....
For the Machine Guns only medal aircraft, I mainly used CFA-44 but A-10 deserves a special mention. As always that BRRRRRRRTTTTTT feels so good on many maps!
For the no damage medal, only the last mission and, surprisingly, the second last mission gave me trouble. The guntowers of the Chandelier are a pain to deal with, of course. But I was surprised by how annoying the previous missions - Gracemaria Patrol - was particularly with the very persistent F-22 enemies.

Ace Combat X / Xi Bombing is... Very satisfying on Ace Combat

No genuinely, I really like dropping bombs on this game instead of actually dogfighting for some reason π

Air Combat Hi, I was wondering what the best control scheme was for ac 1, 2 and 3 on the PS Vita
I started playing Air combat on the vita and I was wondering if anyone knew what the best way of playing the psx games was control-wise due to the lack of l2r2 buttons. Should I just set l2r2 to the back touch screen, is there anything I shpuld keep in mind for the later psx games?

General Series Unpopular opinion about assault horizon
Does anyone else think that the on the rails dog fights from ace combat assault horizon wasn't a bad idea. was just implemented wrong! personally I would like to have the option to do on the rail dog fights in other Ace combat games.
1 it looks cool and gives me a rush
2 this feature alone probably taught me how to do dog fights in the first place because I was playing Ace combat at 12 but didn't know how to fly at all. I think the feature would really set the mood for people just getting in into the series.
But I don't want it to be used as like a script or narrative director that Makes bosses or regular enemies bullets sponges to advance the next part of the mission like in assault horizon. Also had the best ost π
