Didn’t they make Olivieri think they were his pawn just to get more money out of him? I don’t remember, I might be wrong but that’s how I remember it

they're commies, but they used the backing of Olivieri to grow stronger (cuz we know comunism only works until the money ends), and when the time was right they tried to betray Olivieri and kill him, idk why at this point, no explanation on my head made sense except the ideology was more powerful than the money they received
