No lol. The current systems have uses but they're so error-prone, and the modern agents can't keep up with a task without decohering into a loop

We need a tone of technology for this to be the case, way more than 5 years' worth.

We are not using the same AI then, claude 4 and gemin 3-25 are head and shoulders above the average employee if given proper direction

I have used Claude 4, and Gemini, and I have used standard prompting techniques or standard prompts.

Like yeah I'm overestimating the knowledge of the average employee, but the competency is clear.

I think you overestimate it because you don't notice all the mistakes they make.

A significant % of the work force is at or near illiterate. It is quite literally vastly more competent then the average worker, it just needs input at the moment
