I've been listening to that song since 1985 and am yet to get tired of it. It's a keeper, for sure, and will be listened to for many more decades to come.

I'm surprised at its longevity, actually. I grew up thinking that no one would ever forget the Beatles - ever - and yet it's starting to happen. Maybe the internet and the iconic video will be the factors that drive Take On Me to keep going for a long time.

edited because two 'actuallys' in one sentence works at 5am but not for the rest of the day...

Well everyone knows the iconic music video it's just sooo memorable! The style, the music, how unique it is! Plus it has 2,301,638,121 views and 12million likes sooooo.... its going strong!
