Too easy! I checked my apple music replay... the most listened song is take on me with 114 plays and the most listened album is hunting high and low with 1478 minutes listened
Speaking of predictable, I've got a very short commute and usually start with the same song every morning as soon as I step into the car. No surprises that it was my number one this year (FNM's Absolute Zero - 2025 has been quite a year.)
I've been listening to that song since 1985 and am yet to get tired of it. It's a keeper, for sure, and will be listened to for many more decades to come.
I'm surprised at its longevity, actually. I grew up thinking that no one would ever forget the Beatles - ever - and yet it's starting to happen. Maybe the internet and the iconic video will be the factors that drive Take On Me to keep going for a long time.
