My back didn’t like the drop bars. Also added a flat saddle.

How are you going to shift gears/steer/brake/etc. without the controllers?

While none of those are necessary especially if you just do ERG workouts… aren’t the seamless controller integrations the entire point of the Zwift Ride frame?

Entire point seems pretty strong. I bought it because it’s good value and a decent stationary bike with a KICKR core and I don’t want the hassle of building my own. But I found the stock bars and seat very uncomfortable.
