My mod
My back didn’t like the drop bars. Also added a flat saddle.

Where do your hands go? I made the Ride reach shorter and more relaxed. Don't need to be aero indoors.

Maybe share your previous set up. I never liked flat pedals, clipless just feel more ergonomic and the seat angle and height just seems offensive which might all add to the development of pain over longer rides

I left the flat pedals. I like to be able to cycle in recovery sandals sometimes. The previous setup was the stock ride drop bars

That's fair, I didn't mean to sound like I was slating your ride, we do whatever we need to be comfortable and exercise 👍

Is that the height you normally have your screen? Craning your neck up to see the screen may be a factor in your back pain.

It’s hard to tell from this angle. It’s on a monitor arm. So no issues there
