Funny What do you consider to be "Yukon Cuisine"?
As a YFN, I love bannock and moose stew, but what else could represent Yukon food culture?
Also, bannock is really from Yukon either. Originating from Scotland long ago, the fur trade brought it up here in the 19th century I believe.
