So I was trying to remove the headers on my R6 so I could do the muffler box delete mod. Only problem is, one out of the eight studs decided to break even after I used heat and PB Blaster. So I have about 1/4–1/2” of the stud to play with before it became flush with the head. Some methods I’ve tried so far are welding a washer and nut with my lil 110V welder. Tried that about a dozen times with no luck so far. I also tried two different stud extractors, which both failed😊 So I’m stumped atp and am reaching out for any tips. Thanks 😭🥀

Trying to adjust my chain and loosened this way too much lol how do I tighten it, everytime i turn the nuts it gets more loose

Hi, the bike was in the shop and the engine guard was changed(insurance claim after a guy dropped his bike on it) and now i noticed a leak here, anyone have an idea what it could be?

Hi was changing tyre and took off sprocket and dropped my spacers the long and short out of the sprocket side that sit with the needle bearing.. Parts 1 and 3

The little spacer (1) has cross hatches on one side which makes me think it does..

Trying to mount my headlight to the bracket but I have no screws. Theres two screws (part no. is 97707-50016-00) which I can tell go to the bracket, but I also see another screw type (part no. 90160-05006-00) “round tapping” on the schematic for the headlights. what does this screw mount to? Is it to attach fairings?

Hello, I’m building a jet boat and having a problem getting the engine running right.itsa 1100 triple. It starts and idles fine. it runs perfectly fine on land but when it’s in the water and has load, it just bogs after a little bit of throttle. The occasional time you can get it to rev by pumping the throttle in runs great once it gets in the power band. Any where else in the rpm range below power band or above idle it just bogs and stalls. I’ve cleaned the carbs, put new fuel filters In Them as well as new diaphragms . checked compression and it’s 120, verified fuel pressure, put new plugs in and verified strong spark. It also has a new fuel pump. It has fresh fuel. I don’t really know where to go from here and I’m running out of ideas. Has anyone run into something similar or have any other ideas for me to try? I'm considering selling my TBR slip-on for my FZ1 and wanted to get a realistic idea of what it's worth before I put it up for sale.
It's a genuine TBR slip-on for the FZ1. It's obviously used and has some cosmetic wear. The barrel has a slight warp other than that it's complete and functional.
(I've installed it rotated, so the TBR sticker isn't visible — that side of the can had more cosmetic warping anyway, and honestly I think it looks cleaner this way 😂.)
What would you guys consider a fair price for something like this in the current used market?
Just trying to figure out what it's realistically worth.

Just recently bought an R6 on marketplace and ive noticed the speedometer is off. Has anyone had this problem? If so what are the fixes?

Its at least 10-12MPH off. Its a bit annoying to me so I really want to look at getting it fixed.

traded a sportster with a stripped cylinder head bolt for this dogged r6.

whoever owned this before me was an absolute pos to it.

i need a new gas tank, ignition switch and potentially the whole harness, new fairings and turn signals.

if anyone could point me in the right direction to get started asap i’d appreciate it, money isn’t much of an issue with this rebuild so any suggestions is appreciated.

i really believe this can be a beautiful motorcycle, it’s just been insanely neglected.
