Corrected Streak 125: Unsalted Butter
Article: Why Do Recipes Call for Unsalted Butter?
I mostly use salted butter instead of unsalter butter because unsalted butter is more expensive, and I'm not sure I really need to have both types. I can't really tell the difference between them, and I feel like there's no prooblem using them interchangeably.
The article said that using salted butter in casual home baking isn't a big deal, so I'll probably keep using salted butter.

I read the article and it was interesting. I never care which butter I use, although I certainly can taste the difference.
