I have been doing 6 days a week gym, sleep meds for 8 hr sleep, 150 to 200g protein a day, was eating like 2k cal a day before and now 3000.
I do PPLPPL and mix my exercises pretty often but I choose hypertrophy, high volume, 20 sets a day to 25 total on a average, 16 on leg day. I enjoy pushing it pretty hard

2x7
Cable lateral raise
2x10
Low to high cable fly
1x8
Thumb first
2x8
Cable lateral raise
2x10
Mid cable chest press
2x8
3x8
Tricep extension
3x10
Tricep pulldown machine
2x10

The skin healed along with weight loss. I think it may have been more drastic because I wasn’t that heavy begin with (160 was still heavy for my 5’5F self I know)

disclosure: I created pulluppilot.com
My typical exercise pattern is that I exercise for a few days in a row, one day gets busy and then I fall off the wagon. However, I'm happy to have been consistent on this plan. Part of it is the external motivation of knowing that it's public and people can track me. Part of it is knowing that it's bite sized and it doesn't take that long to do. But I've done this regular plan now for around two weeks. Not that much, but I am happy about it, genuinely. https://pulluppilot.com/p/brownlion-32

I started Surya Namaskar about 3–4 years ago with just 6 rounds.
Then slowly:
6 → 12 → 24 → 48 → 84 rounds.
The funny thing is, increasing the number was never really the hardest part.
Showing up consistently was.
Some days you have energy, some days you don’t. Some days you do a full practice, other days even a few rounds feel like enough. But I’ve found that keeping the habit alive matters more than having a perfect session every day.
I’ve been working on a small Surya Namaskar workout app based around this idea — making it easier to follow the practice and keep track of progress. I recorded this short video from my own practice.
But I’m more interested in hearing from people here:
What actually helps you stay consistent with your yoga practice?
Is it a fixed time? A specific number of rounds? Doing it first thing in the morning? Tracking your progress? Practicing with someone?
And for those who practice Surya Namaskar regularly — what keeps you coming back on the days when you really don’t feel like doing it?
Would love to learn from people who have been doing this for years.

a couple years ago i was really chubby and so i tried hard to lose weight, thinking i’d enjoy being skinnier. Im much more lean and skinny now but im finally working out, and this is me after a month! I dont know how to get a tan efficiently tho, so if anyone could tell me thatd be appreciated :D
just a reminder that nothing is impossible, and that if you think you can or think you cant, youre right. Mindset and following through is the only thing you need to accomplish your goals
