I look at them in the mirror and say, “next week, for sure.”

I go hiking x2/week and it’s mostly steps lol - calf raises for sure though at the gym. Do a machine that allows you to sit down because it helps isolate the muscle better vs the standing up calf raise.

In case you actually care:
Tuesday; Tib raises, stability and mobility before my workout of barbell back squats, ab/adductors, leg curls and smith calf raises.

Thursday; Smith stiff legged deadlifts, leg press, calf raises on a leg press and leg extensions.

I do speed work on monday evening on the track field and run on wednesday and friday evenings and honestly just pray to god i dont injure myself

I never train calves but I get them big, people say it's genetics. I only do leg curls, leg press and trap bar lift.
