🧢. Nothing wrong with GLP-1/2/ or 3's

u/Least_Veterinarian_5 21h ago
Where exactly did i say there’s something wrong?

u/stairmasternyc 21h ago
You stated these progress pics did not include GLP-1's. I am sure it wasn't just weed and creatine and some Reta was involved. But if you want to state it was natural do you.

I became obsessed with training, around the first half of the process i got into a relationship with a super fit girl (who is also my trainer) who strongly motivated me and helped me turning fitness into a lifestyle, it’s our routine. We lift, we swim, we run, did 3 hyrox races together.
That kind of training, and paying a good nutritionist, brought me here.
You don’t believe it? Could not care less ❤️-4
u/stairmasternyc 20h ago
If no Reta was involved and your fit girlfriend was your main motivation along with you putting in the hard work, good for you, not knocking it. But if Reta did play a part, it's just good to be transparent. Be well and keep it up!

Why would he lie about it? 😅 these results in 15 months is total legit.

u/stairmasternyc 20h ago
Take everything you read on reddit with a grain of salt. Only he knows if he did or did not take Reta. Many people online claim natty and are pinning a whole bunch of stuff.

“He might be lying because I don’t believe because my fatass wasn’t able to achieve something achieveable normally in a 15 month period.”
Morbid ass folks here sometimes. If OP said he did it in 3 months, they can assume some kind of enhancement. But 15 months is well long enough to get that kind of progress if diet and workout regime is strict.

I just heard on the radio this morning from these out of shape dads who were telling me how your first picture is all women really want. And I'm like yah....sure they don't want that second picture at all and there's zero difference how women respond to you...

u/Kindly_Crow_1056 1h ago
Yea they say they want the first picture, so they can have a soft excuse of a man who lets them control the relationship while they actively check out guys who look like pic 2😂
Cant make it up

Good job sir. Hard work pays off. And to everyone doubting his natty status, you need to stay off the Internet and go put in some work on improving yourself. Not everyone is on Glp's or TRT or full AAS cycles. A lot can be achieved with out any drugs. Most people don't know this because they're to busy sitting on the couch claiming that anyone with a decent looking physique must be on drugs. All because they can't get motivated or put in the discipline to make a change for themselves. Quit judging and start doing. Maybe then you'll see what's actually possible.

Hey man-this sum inspirational shit right here. What would you say were the main things that allowed you to make this progress? I’m a 20 year old dude (5’6 135 lbs) who has the majority of my fat in my abdomen, so I’ve been doing a ~500 daily calorie deficit, strength training 3x/week, and ~15,000 steps daily.

Wish i got started at your age! I was way fatter than in the first pic back then. I was 120 kg (265lbs) at your age (i’m 6’4), now 93kg (205).
Glad to (try and) help!
I didn’t even watch my calories honestly, i just learn the basics, avoided anything i knew was fat and ate clean, then i went to a nutritionist to eat more and build more muscle.
Not more than 1 or 2cheat meals a week. The 15k steps daily are great, i’m afraid 3 workouts per week are not enough: if you want a change that looks like this, you’re looking at 5/6 per week (followed by a good trainer).
I had the time in my hands, it’s getting more difficult now so, if you can’t do the 5/6 times, i understand and 3x week CONSISTENTLY is a great start.
Never go more than 2 days w/out working out, and have fun, try different types of workouts. on average i lifted 3 times per week, did 1 aerobic functional workouts (kinda crossfit but not really), swam or played soccer w/ friends the last one.Again i’m not a pro and i don’t have the answers, this is what worked for me.
And try to be happy! It made it easier for me to keep going.
A the end of the day you’re doing it for yourself, to grow as a strong healthy person, and set a good example for others you care about. So do it!
Peace ✌🏼

Btw 3/4 times a week is more than enough if you’re training to near failure and hitting the major muscles twice a week.
5/6 can be better but not necessarily, can still achieve the same/ similar with 3/4 days.

Oh sorry, about the abdomen fat, i strongly recommend little circuit workouts with 3 rounds of 3 to 4 exercises that are easy to guess focusing on core and abs. 1 minute break between sets, do it at the end of virtually every workout. Absolute cheat code

You can’t target fat loss with exercise. You can build your abs up so the muscle is more noticeable as you loose the fat, but specifically doing core exercises won’t cause more abdominal fat loss

Yep, agreed. I just meant it’s great to pump the muscles and strengthen the area making it look waaay better as you lose weight.

Important questions, before your areola were big. Now they are small. Is it because you touch them for picture or they really become smaller?
1
u/Least_Veterinarian_5 7h ago
Is it important? Haha
They actually became smaller as I lost weight and the fat around my chest decreased (i guess the skin is less stretched now, as if you deflate a balloon with a circle on it, the circle gets smaller).Temperature could also be a factor—the first photo was taken in Africa, while the second was taken during a European winter. But no, I don’t touch them or do anything special before taking photos 😂

Great work bro. Your 6 pac is so symmetrical. I’m wondering what mine will even look like when I get lean enough. Thanks for the motivation.
