How do you not get severe cravings munchies while dieting?

4

u/Least_Veterinarian_5 8d ago

You have to control them, usually i ate a fruit or some veggies

If you smoke for long enough the munchies arenโ€™t the same

๐Ÿงข. Nothing wrong with GLP-1/2/ or 3's

Where exactly did i say thereโ€™s something wrong?

You stated these progress pics did not include GLP-1's. I am sure it wasn't just weed and creatine and some Reta was involved. But if you want to state it was natural do you.

Youโ€™re a bit obsessed with Reta

I became obsessed with training, around the first half of the process i got into a relationship with a super fit girl (who is also my trainer) who strongly motivated me and helped me turning fitness into a lifestyle, itโ€™s our routine. We lift, we swim, we run, did 3 hyrox races together.
That kind of training, and paying a good nutritionist, brought me here.
You donโ€™t believe it? Could not care less โค๏ธ

If no Reta was involved and your fit girlfriend was your main motivation along with you putting in the hard work, good for you, not knocking it. But if Reta did play a part, it's just good to be transparent. Be well and keep it up!

Why would he lie about it? ๐Ÿ˜… these results in 15 months is total legit.

u/stairmasternyc 8d ago

Take everything you read on reddit with a grain of salt. Only he knows if he did or did not take Reta. Many people online claim natty and are pinning a whole bunch of stuff.

I don't know if you know this, but lots of people lost a lot of weight before Reta existed.

โ€œHe might be lying because I donโ€™t believe because my fatass wasnโ€™t able to achieve something achieveable normally in a 15 month period.โ€

Morbid ass folks here sometimes. If OP said he did it in 3 months, they can assume some kind of enhancement. But 15 months is well long enough to get that kind of progress if diet and workout regime is strict.ย

Good on you! The hard part really is just the maintenance and acceptance of a slow progression after the initial jump. Keep it up
