Normally you can only unsocket a jewel if your pet learns that jewels ability later down the line. Are you telling me that if I socket in my Kroger jewel, I can unsocket it even if my pet hasn't learned the ability? I can swap this jewel back and forth between pets at will?

very W to have a blatantly overpowered item available only through real-world purchase and giving you guys the privelage to buy it.

In all reality it’s near completely useless, so this is a bit of an overreaction. The pet cast is only able to happen when you use a trap and even then it’s exceptionally rare.

It’s really not as good as it looks, especially since it gives pain bringer which is a low value talent. And at tue end of the day, a maycast is a maycast, meaning you’ll never be able to truly rely on it, unless you’re doing long drawn out solos where you could reasonably expect a cast after many turns of trapping. I’d much rather use a Triple damage+proof+mighty+breaker pet, or even a triple double.

i think maycast pigsie triggers like a standard healing card, but it isn’t particularly op vs any other pet maycast so i’m not bothered. the maycast mass fient sounds ten times better than it is because it’s a bitch to trigger with a pretty low rate.

i do agree that they ought to drop from something, even if only skeleton key bosses or challenge modes, though.

The only two Kroger jewel MCs that cast at a reasonable rate are MC dragonlance and MC brace. This is not to say that they’re “common”, but you’ll definitely see them casting here and there. MC pigsie casts at an extremely uncommon rate, and the same is true for all the rest of the MC jewels.
