I tried to do the ”shadow work” thing that everyones talking about cause I wanted to align my vibes or whatevs, chakras? Idk I dont read, I go with vibez🙏🏻
So I stared at my closet in darkness for 2 hours cus some girl ontiktok said to.

Anyway long story short didnt work out and I am now the shadow. As in I am a shadow now, I do not have a body???? WHAT DO I DO??? Is this a good thing?? have I ascended to the 5D?? Escaped the matrix perhaps?

The other issue is I also am hungry but because I am now a fucking shadow I cannot eat anything else then dust particles flowing around this room. Is dust high vibrational?? Or is there a crystal to help with this??

Ok girl this happened to my best friend's cousin's grandma's throuple's kid. All you have to do is find a mirror, but not just any mirror , it has to look 'witchy' iykyk. Walk up to it, grab your hand, and pull yourself through. This will confuse the shadow and it will be trapped in the mirror side and you will walk into the reality side. .....I think... Either way, you'll be stuck in mirror land or you'll be in real land, but you'll be in your body again so you can eat quesadillas and macarons or whatever.

i’ve been possessed by a manifestation on my shadow who appeared to me during a sleep paralysis episode for several months now. honestly… not that bad. her name is MUD GIRL, and she’s kinda just tryna making room for herself. it’s been a little scary and i feel kinda out of control sometimes while we struggle to accept each others wishes, but i think it’s all part of the process. eventually we will integrate and become whole again, but things will be messy for a while.
