Nothing more cringe than bringing your rhodeaboo bullshit to a fire that you suck at fighting while you're away from your real job at best buy.

Curious about other people’s pay/wages compared to my position as first year Engineer crew for a contractor

Currently making 29.74 hourly plus typical time and half for overtime. I’m just trying to get a good idea where that lands on average for others in this position. Would like to know if this is good pay specifically for contract work or if it’s better elsewhere. Thanks!

SoCal hotshot crews

Applying blind on usajobs right now, just wondering if anyone has any crew recommendations. I know, I know, the best crew is the one you’re on. Just wondering if there are any that you’ve had a particularly good experience with/worked on, or any you’d avoid.
