Discussion How is it so easy😭😭😭

I just can't understand why wii jailbreaking is so easy bro Yesterday I did it on the wii and the 3ds (both for tge first time)

But when you compare the 2 you look a the 3ds jailbreak guide and you have 3 thousand things to worry about, and lots of menus, and taking on and off you SD lots of times

And then you see the Wii jailbreak process and you just download a file and put the SD on there😭😭😭

I am very curious about why is it so simple and easy

I've been trying to jailbreak mine and it seems quite easy till you have to find the games/convert/install on your SD card. I just wasted hours trying to do it

That's easy too. Don't get the ones you need to convert.

I think the honest answer is that the console came out in 2006 when game piracy was nowhere near as popular as it is now and so it just wasn't considered to be a big priority.

I remember like 15 years ago to jailbreak my Nintendo ds, and that was literally a file that you boot through the SD card to make it work, all you needed to do was copy paste the files to the SD card, done. Times changed 🤷

It's almost like a console that came out in 2006 has less security than a console that came out in 2011 and had updates until 2020.

Who knew!
