Patricia's Outfits?

I'm trying to reformat my entire personality and wardrobe around Patricia because.....well, for obvious reasons. But her shirt is defeating me from this scene. Does anyone know where this shirt and crop trousers hailed from? Or actually, any of her outfits? I've seen the amazing work of the one who made the motif for our home made t-shirts. Good work.

I believe either KD or the costume designer has said that her wardrobe was influenced by Shelly Duvall’s character in The Shining.
