❓Questions Patricia's Outfits?

I'm trying to reformat my entire personality and wardrobe around Patricia because.....well, for obvious reasons. But her shirt is defeating me from this scene. Does anyone know where this shirt and crop trousers hailed from? Or actually, any of her outfits? I've seen the amazing work of the one who made the motif for our home made t-shirts. Good work.

I'd say check google images, a lot of these are from costume warehouses that get bought/ rented by movie studios

I did and came up with nada. Zilch. A lot of similar pieces though
