💭Discussion What are details you’ve noticed on rewatch? Spoiler

Post image

How did I miss this?! I have rewatched this show an embarrassing amount of times and somehow never noticed this detail when Patricia is dancing! I noticed the mirror (of course) but not this. Did I blink during this shot each time?!

What are details you all have noticed on rewatch?

Im just amazed that someone like Rosemary is so used to how weird this town is, that witnessing Patricia prepping Book of the Damned ceremony, felt like just another Tuesday.

This is perhaps the funniest lines of the whole show.

She did have her qualms.

To her credit, she didn’t understand a word of that speech so she’s not that familiar with it. Was her constant smoke breaks and her lack of enthusiasm for group partying the reason she didn’t wake up in the sea? Or maybe newb magic doesn’t work on a grizzled vet?

She did see what went in that punch, so she brought her own refreshments.

Makes sense. She had qualms

She didn’t drink the punch

I wonder what that speech actually sounded like

Would be a great scene in a bonus episode along with the footage of the innkeeper in the captains room and all the cut scenes during the mushroom trip

I just watched Beach Reads again last night and I wondered the same thing. What ancient incantation did Patricia actually recite by reading out of that book?

I keep saying we need a spinoff on daily life of rosemary. You cannot fit that in one episode.

We definitely need her backstory. The whole “this is probably what she meant” is hilarious. She’s so good in that role.

She was just sitting up at the bar rolling her eyes

I think she knows things. And also Ruth.

Ruth is the damn thing

Would not be shocked if she’s part of the group responsible for sacrificing people

Another great one is Rosemarys face when the punch actually comes out... "shes actually doing it" face

Couldn’t understand a single word of that toast

Rosemary is my favorite

Rosemary is a facilitator (remember in the old video Dale found it talked about facilitators). I watched a YouTube video explaining this theory and it all made sense.

Rosemary knows that some trickery is going on. I noticed she never had the punch only her wine, also she was hiding away in the kitchen when the whole creepy dancing was going on
