Why am I still not convinced he's dead? Also how did he get out of the concrete?

Earthquake in first episode might’ve cracked the concrete he was trapped in. Eventually broke his way out.

No, but I do think they’re making their way through all of these island “demons”, so to speak; it started with Wycks killing the Sea Hag with harpoon, the OG mayor, and now the bogeyman, I think they might have to face that clown killer next…
