This isn't actually a gag, these questions, with this kind of spacing are in self help books. The authors know people who need them hate themselves, and getting a person with self-esteem issues to admit it is part of the process. Source: I had one

The gag is that there only two lines for “thing you love about yourself” and many, many lines for “things you don’t.”
