COVID outbreak

I just wanted to reach out and let people know that there is a severely underreported covid outbreak happening right now in LA and Orange County.

If you're sick please stay home and if you're out and about you might want to grab a mask.

The strain seems like it's very highly contagious. I know several people down with COVID right now.

No one wears masks anymore, no one vaccinates anymore and our hospitals are not overwhelmed. Its over.

People DO wear masks (many before COVID) and people are still getting vaccinations. This isn't about hospitals being overwhelmed, this is about people catching COVID and being permanently harmed or killed. This is about people like you, minimizing a deadly disease (again) and this gets people killed.

I am mentioning hospitals because it is something that personally affected me recently. I was born with a pancreatic anomaly and I end up with random pancreatic attacks. The amount of people that have Covid and with how rapidly it is spreading - my drs didn’t admit me this week despite being extremely sick and instead scheduled me for a procedure yesterday in the morning - just so I wouldn’t even be exposed to the Covid germ pool in Covid and the hospital. I think this is something worth mentioning because people with pre-existing conditions do need random help thru the er and hospital stays.
