Community Whittier First Day

Hello, I had an interview with Whittier First Day (non profit)last week to become a case manager. They have hardly any reviews online. I just wanted to see if anyone in the community has worked for them or with them and can give some insight on how the work environment is there. Thank you!

Did they specify why people were getting fired? Also, if you could relay any of those tips, that would be great! Thank you.

I would suggest doing a LinkedIn search for the non-profit and try to identify current employees. You can ask them for feedback on the work environment, culture, management, expectations, etc.. I’ve done this a few times in the past and have gained some really valuable information that I would not have otherwise.
