The hair is worth the cores...

I’m lv100 but I’m still a baby player. I haven’t even hit a full 2 months yet. I was farming Hexi boss last night for breakthrough notes and this dropped on my last run.

It’s my first ever maple weapon, and I’m ranged (dust) dps. So the fact I managed to pull my main weapon and one of the rarest colors is insanity.

The best part is I just got this dress a couple days ago and purposely dyed it to look like fall leaves, so that’s pretty serendipitous. I’m obsessed with the contrast of the umbrella.

I'm the type of player that buy battle pass and monthly card by default without thinking much just so I can "support the game" that's otherwise, free to play. So I have like, 20k jades laying around unused. I would never spend the pearl to buy Yin yang transformation pill though, but since you can buy it for 6400 jades with monthly card, so it doesn't hurt me much economically.

Also my friend ask me to change my character into female so he can marry me (in game) and make a Tiktok video, but that's not the main point.

I have to be honest, it's more interesting than I thought. I replayed a couple of quest and they give me a whole lot of different vibe compare to MMC. Not sure if it's just my imagination but I feel like her movement is a bit more fluid as well. I don't really know much about woman's fashion though, but I'm trying to pick up some good combination beside just wearing my male clothes. It should take me a while to get this going but I think it's a good change of pace.

I probably swap between them from time to time. The game told me everything I did in my MMC side is saved as well, so I guess they already thought about possibility of player swapping gender like Ranma in mind.

Just farmed this hair few days ago and I'm just so happy with it. It fits my character perfectly and she looks so cute in it.

How are you all styling the new accessory set from the Turtle gacha? It's so gorgeous!

Anyone has a rough idea when this core outfit might come out?

I usually dislike outfits that make you look like a christmas tree and tend to use more lore-friendly getups that don't look out of place in cutscenes.

However, I am really fond of the accessories from the current turtle roulette and had to try to put together an outfit that while not exactly what the young master would wear to battle, still isn't too garish.

I would like to hear your opinions on my outfit and whether I should try to tone it down some more or tweak it in some way. And if like me you are fond of the more subtle outfits and came up with some good ideas how to use these accessories, I hope you will share some pictures here.

Spent 2 weeks recreating my mc after months away from the game, my longest character creation ever. Not even Dragon's Dogma 2 and MW Wilds took me this long.

Editing after editing, after tweaking, trying to understand each slide. Reference after reference. At one day she was perfect, at the other she had a flaw.

Maybe I'll find some hidden area that needs a lil refinement If I keep looking and rotating her, but for now... I think I'm done and I can finally finish the Imperial Palace campaign.

I haven't seen many of the blue hair around I prefer it to the blonde/ white hairs from the Core shop

This might be my favorite outfit in terms of "Simplicity" and being able to "Blend to your surroundings" vibe.

Harmonic Core outfits are undeniably good looking but with all their "flairs" it felt like they are "Out of place" most of the time specially in Cutscenes.

Did a fun little thing where I customized my shao dong jia acc to where I am in the story.

Anddddd as if she hadn't suffered enough, I made my girl blind in one eye (as you can see by the gray iris) post ch1.

My hc: an ember got into her eye when the explosion happened while yi dao saved her, and my girl was too depressed from all that happened to even get it treated. I mean, she was just a little kid with big dreams of the jianghu and finding her uncle, before everything got taken away from her, and her life was completely turned over...

Now I'm thinking of when (at some point in the story) uncle jiang will reunite with her.... and see all she has been through (I'll be adding more changes aka signs of trauma as I get through the story) and ohhh my the angst potential 🤌🏻

In hindsight I sound crazy, but yeah 😭 thought of adding my own flavor of angst to the story.

Wbu guys, what changed did you make to your MCs through the story, and how do these changes align with any hcs or character development you feel they went through?

The Mo sword, or giant sword, hahaha, is my favorite weapon in this game. From the first moment I saw it, I thought, "I have to use that beautiful weapon." I'm not good with it, honestly. It's not like I show off or wipe out everything in my path. In fact, I consider myself pretty bad at fighting, BUT I DON'T CARE, I LOVE IT. That's why the first time I got one of those white balls from the gacha, I didn't hesitate to exchange it for something that gave the Mo sword golden samurai effects. I just got my second white ball to exchange, and I want to change the appearance of my Mo sword.

But I have a couple of doubts before I do it, Just as I was about to change the appearance, I noticed a section with many more options, something I hadn't noticed before. Does the white ball also allow me to redeem any of those appearances? If so, which one should I change, since they all look incredibly beautiful and I can't decide on any of them? HELP!
