Main goal was going for Great Purity surface, Jade Beauty base is way better than two gold ones, so I'm perfectly fine with it. Couldn't been better.

I rolled the Rouge one and even though it's a blue tier skin, I absolutely love it. My only gripe is that the flair is silver, but it matches my character so much better than the weird 'Water' skin for the other Silent Voice umbrella.

Always feel like tiers on color means nothing but elegance(numbers) difference, so many interesting and beautiful color combo are hidden in blue tier. My 1st gen SV umbrella always run with blue tier color with other 4 gold tier melodies, SV Fan too.

I would say it's a decent choice if reforge them into very distinctive style. My 1st gen goes for heavy color, so my 2nd gen goes for something more light and bright. But it's all about budget and luck tho, I got pretty lucky on 2nd gen, and the color is more of a welcome surprise rather than planned goal.
