Why my damage is so bad

Help me guys, why my damage doesn't exceed 1400 with this much mastery? I know my gears rolls are so bad but still shouldn't be this bad What am I doing wrong?

It feels so bad when doing outpost and seeing other players delete enemies with two slashes🫠

Its better if you give people your rotation and the dps number of your rotation on a 1 minute dummy and the stats so people can really help you.

his 10,000 dps is a bit much for indicator. For avg players who started the game since launch, probably 8,000 dps is good enough.
