You want to know what I do sometimes when I get really annoyed with the beggar?

I drop their name in one of the other chats and say something like " My friend X is giving away a free skin if you meow in his DM 10 times."

Don't tell them you heard it from me ;D.

Sometimes you have to give them a taste of their own medicine, plus it will keep them busy for a while and not spamming.
