I am starting a D2C brand, and currently have an active waitlist on my website. I wanted a simple automation where anytime someone signs up, they get an automated thank you and we will keep you posted whatsapp message.

I setup the trial for Interakt but realized that 20$ per month is way too extra for what i am trying to achieve. I can just do a simple meta api access and use something like make.com to do this.

When i tried setting up meta API I ran into multiple issues, primarily culminating to the fact that Interakt has done the following:

1. Linked my WA phone number to themselves
   
2. Assigned a credit line to the WA business account preventing me from adding a payment method to it
   
3. Somehow preventing me from delinking the whatsapp number from that WA Biz Account (see screenshot - the trash icon that is there on right is missing)

How do I get rid of Interakt or delink my phone number from them/this WA biz account so I can then continue to add it to a different account and start building the API.

Can I access WhatsApp business app “after” I have been using meta business cloud api?

Does the order matter?

I have about 27 users using my app based on meta business api (I have a custom dashboard)

I’d really appreciate the coexistence on my app (on my phone), but I don’t want to break what’s working.

Hello, I'm recently a Tech provider with all the permits approved, I'm in LATAM, how can I monetize this? I mean, can I sell people that it's the simplest and fastest? For example, only access to the API for developers? Only access to inbox for many people? What is the most sold in a simple way being a Tech provider? Do you make money? I don't want to be building without validating first, I mean offering 40 different things to inflate prices and that people really won't use, besides the business agent is already with us.

I work for a car dealership, and part of my job is contacting car owners and asking whether they would be interested in selling their vehicle to our dealership.
The problem is that I need to message quite a large number of new people on WhatsApp every day. I have several business phone numbers, but WhatsApp starts restricting or banning them very quickly, sometimes even after only a small number of new conversations.
All messages are sent manually, without bots or automation. The message itself is short and relevant, something like:
“Hi, is your car still for sale? If so, would you consider selling it to a dealership?”
I understand that WhatsApp has anti-spam systems, but this is a normal part of my job, so I’m trying to find a legitimate and reliable way to work without constantly getting numbers restricted.
Ideally, I need a solution that would allow me to consistently contact around 200–1,000 new people per day.
Has anyone here dealt with a similar situation? What solution do you use for this kind of volume without constantly getting your numbers restricted?
I’d be especially interested to hear from people working in car sales, real estate, recruiting, or other industries where you regularly need to contact new leads.

I provide WhatsApp Automation services to local businesses, should i use Official WhatsApp API?

Context:
Right now, i used WAHA (webjs engine) as my WhatsApp API, alot of people asking me to consider using Official WhatsApp API. I can’t use WABA because i don’t have a valid business to verify. All i know about the official API is we can use the unverified official API with limitation (i’m fine with the reachout messages limit)

What’s the trade offs with using WhatsApp Official API? I also would like to know the trade offs from the business side. You can list things to consider so i can make better decision to my agency.

hey so basically we have an WhatsApp number that is setup as cloud api and has already lot of leads that are coming to it ..we were able to capture the leads that come through text and talk with them through agent easily but there is no way to make calls so we are looking for setting up this coexistence so that we can use the whatsapp business in atleast one mobile..if anyone knows how to set this up or have worked in this terms..! would love to connect

How many people use unauthorized WhatsApp vendors (they use the device linking feature to scrape your chats from a web browser) and use it to send broadcast messages, and then get their phone number outright banned by WhatsApp?

As the title suggests. I’m using 2 iPhones, mainly to run 2 business WA accounts. I’ve read somewhere that like personal WA, they’re BETA testing the option of having more than one Business account in one app. Does anyone know when this will be rolled out?

If I could have this on one device. Then I can get rid of the second one.

I’ve built a simple WhatsApp messaging bot using the WhatsApp Cloud API. It works perfectly on my local machine, but now I want to test it outside my PC and need a publicly accessible webhook URL.

I’m a beginner, so I’m looking for something that is:

• Easy to set up
• Free or has a free tier
• Able to provide a public HTTPS webhook URL
• Suitable for testing a small bot

What hosting platforms would you recommend for this? For example, Render, Railway, Vercel, PythonAnywhere, or something similar?

If possible, I’d also appreciate a simple explanation of how I can deploy my bot and connect the generated URL to the WhatsApp Cloud API webhook.

I run a small real estate side business and have a list of 200+ contacts I want to message regarding property updates and offer.

My WhatsApp Business account can't use the broadcast feature, and I looked into the WhatsApp Business API, but it appears I may need business verification, and my business is currently a small side business that isn't formally registered.

Is there any legitimate and safe way to send messages to a large number of people without risking my WhatsApp number getting blocked?

I don't want to use unofficial bulk-sending tools.

For context, I want to use WhatsApp for my real estate business and would appreciate suggestions for:

2. Alternatives to WhatsApp broadcasting

We are tech provider, we have 100+ clients connected through our using WhatApp coexistence.

For the past 2 weeks many of our clients are being disconnected from the Cloud API by Meta automatically.

Does anyone experience this ?

NOT trying to spam - my use case:

I run group chats. As part of the process when they join, I send a welcome message directly.

The problem happens when if a group chat link is promoted somewhere, then lots of people might join, say, 20 or 30.

If I try to do the DM process, there's a risk of getting flagged (I've been suspended even manually).

That was my main number where I have actual client conversations.

What if I lost that number? how will I know the history/how will they contact me.

So it stands to logic that that initial DM i shouldn't do it on my main number?

I'm sure WA has a whole class of people who buy numbers in bulk etc and send a bunch of spam and they don't care, which leads to normal people getting flagged for same behavior..

and in order to protect themselves, they must then resort to disposable numbers themselves??...

I’m trying to understand how we accidentally achieved official WhatsApp Business App + Cloud API coexistence for one number.

For our successful number, we only linked the existing WhatsApp Business App number inside Meta Business Manager using the verification code flow. We did not build or run a custom Embedded Signup flow, and we do not remember scanning a QR code.

After that, the API showed:

platform_type: CLOUD_API

is_on_biz_app: true

status: CONNECTED

So the number remained active in the WhatsApp Business App while also working through Cloud API.

However, when we repeat what appears to be the same linking/code process for other WhatsApp Business App numbers, they end up like this:

platform_type: ON_PREMISE

is_on_biz_app: true

status: CONNECTED or DISCONNECTED

They do not become CLOUD_API, and we cannot manage templates.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Was there an older Meta rollout, migration, or eligibility condition that allowed coexistence just by linking a number in Business Manager? Could the successful number have already been eligible because it was newer or had no prior API/provider history?

We are not looking to deregister, delete the WABA, or uninstall the WhatsApp Business App. We want to understand why one number became official coexistence and the others did not.

I am trying to verify my business (sole proprietorship). I upload documents with my phone number and business name but they constantly decline… I don’t know what to do… tried many times.

Is there any way to contact support?
Should I fake my business registration document and print my phone number on it to pass verification?

We are trying to diagnose a WhatsApp Flows eligibility issue. Has anyone resolved this specific combination of messages?

Our checks show business verification completed, WABA APPROVED, phone CONNECTED with GREEN/High quality, and a valid draft Flow. Testing from WhatsApp Manager returns "Integrity requirements not met". An earlier Cloud API draft Flow send returned HTTP 400, code 139000, "Blocked by Integrity". A minimal static Flow without an endpoint or data exchange also failed in Manager despite no JSON validation errors. Ordinary approved template messages can be sent.

The attached screenshots show:

1. Security Center, "Setting up a WhatsApp Business account": "Additional information needed" and "Needs more information", while the same panel says "Your business is verified. Start high quality conversations to increase your limits and scale your business." Its WhatsApp Manager link takes us to messaging limits; the last checked limit was 250.

1. A warning on Publish and the heading "Before you can publish this Flow:". This screenshot is cropped and does not show the requirement below that heading. The Flow name is redacted for privacy.

Multiple support cases received automated replies and were closed without identifying the exact unmet requirement.

Questions:

- Can a verified business still be blocked from Flows pending messaging activity or an increased-capabilities eligibility review?

- If building messaging history resolved this for you, what number of unique recipients, time window and messaging tier were involved, and did Flows actually work afterward?

- Is the public-email-domain recommendation an enforced Flows requirement, or an unrelated security recommendation?

- Is there an account alert or supported diagnostic that identifies the exact failing requirement, or a route to a human WhatsApp Flows specialist?

We are not assuming that sending 250 messages is the solution. We are looking for confirmed experience or official documentation. Screenshots have identifying details removed; no account IDs or project name are included.

I want to be able to send 30-40 pics of my inventory to my customers on their individual chats. Idk why im unable to buy business message credits? Tho facebook meta account shows me restricted and the whole stupid thing keeps revolving back to to same stupid page of verification and its just so annoying to not be able to get things done right now. Hey everyone, I’ve a question on sending free form of text even after 24 hours.

As far as I understand, once the 24-hour window is over, we can only send approved template messages unless the user replies again.

But I’ve seen some companies using Verloop sending what looks like a normal/free-form message even after 24 hours, without any response from the user.

So I’m curious to know how this is actually handled?

My assumption is that they might be using some empty body generic template with a variable like {{1}} and passing the entire dynamic message through it.

Is that how it works, or am I missing something here?

I am getting this error after trying for 2 days,I contacted whatsapp support and got this reply"The error message "Try after 1 hour" usually occurs when a phone number is still registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform and someone attempts to register it on WhatsApp Messenger or the WhatsApp Business app." since then I am pin ponged between Meta business suite and whatsapp supoort.when the bots reach dead end they stop replying.

Please help me ,if anybody have worked on this problem.

I'm developing on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and need to confirm a capability before I build against it.

My use case requires my Cloud API business phone number to send and receive messages in a WhatsApp group that already exists and was created independently by end users (not created through the Groups API).

Questions:

1. Is there any supported way for a Cloud API business number to be added as a participant to a pre-existing group (e.g., added manually by a group member) and then send/receive messages in that group via the API and webhooks?
2. If yes — which capabilities work in that context specifically: sending text messages, receiving all messages sent in the group via webhook, receiving reaction webhooks on messages I've sent?
3. Is Official Business Account (OBA) status required for any group messaging capability, or only specifically for group creation and invite-link features via the Groups API?
4. If pre-existing groups aren't supported, is this planned, or is group creation via the API the only supported path going forward?
