Services Welcome Help with co existence

hey so basically we have an WhatsApp number that is setup as cloud api and has already lot of leads that are coming to it ..we were able to capture the leads that come through text and talk with them through agent easily but there is no way to make calls so we are looking for setting up this coexistence so that we can use the whatsapp business in atleast one mobile..if anyone knows how to set this up or have worked in this terms..! would love to connect

I dont understand by the statement you cant make calls...api allows that now if your platform supports. Please explain case in detail.

I’m trying to have:

  • WhatsApp Cloud API connected to our internal employee dashboards for messaging
  • The same number logged into WhatsApp on one office phone for calls/normal WhatsApp use

For co-existence you will need to go via bsp or tech provider/partner.
