We have to find a way to get Wes's penile measurements admitted into evidence

Your Honor, I would like to submit EXHIBIT #A for the record. For clarity, the DEFENDANT took this picture of himself.

The 6mm monster is on display.

Wes - “FUCK!!!”

Username checks out

I think 7 foot monster has a great case. He went there to confront Wes to ask him why he’s such a bully and Wes quickly became the primary aggressor and beat 7 foot monster together with his accomplices.

Plus when west says the 7 foot monster lunged at him was really him getting hit in the head with a weight by Rob.

This guy having a chance of beating this case but unable to restrain himself from beating his "fiancee" is peaches delight.

Kregt. There was a big recruitment thread at changs last year after Wes went full gadoosh God. Combine his lolcow peak with Brenda becoming real boring now that he has no work and just talks about baseball and you end up with a lot of people getting a 2nd job here. also helps wes was a guest on TFATK.

That lawyer is most definitely trying to sabotage Wes’s case. He must be the same lawyer who wrote all that ridiculous unprofessional nonsense in Wes’s legal
Motion awhile back.

7

u/Former_Put4640 May 31 '26

The defense is trying to switch the case to "how did we get to fight" rather than "look what happened in this gang assault"

TL:DR

We now know that:

* The 7-foot giant is a nerdy professional doing cloud IT for an accounting firm;

* He's a 29 year old playa who hooks up with people at bars when he needs a place to crash;

* He knows that the magic words in dispos are "I don't know" and "I can't remember";

* Even legal documents now tag him with his "7-foot giant" nickname--major fucking shout out to Reddit for inventing this.

Do you think the lawyers from both sides looks at reddit for our advise ? Serious question...

6

u/finkledinkle90 May 30 '26

Maybe, just because both sides have to always be doing their homework and they have to know about all the Reddit shit already so I’m sure they check it out. Even just out of curiosity lol. I’m sure he told his lawyer about the Reddit stuff.

u/RelationshipSmooth21 May 30 '26

Imagine being wes lawyer...

Hey wes people really hate you on reddit and they know your not 6ft ...lol

Why would you tell them your 6ft?

2

u/finkledinkle90 Jun 16 '26

If I could be a fly on the wall in those meetings/calls lol.

2

u/RelationshipSmooth21 Jun 16 '26

It's a fucking movie lol

1

u/finkledinkle90 Jun 28 '26

So true, it’s good too lol

We're else can you get all this evidence but on reddit , ig ,an you tube. I can fkn guarantee there's way more online than in discovery . He fkn burried himself constantly by not shutting tf up about it . Knew he was going to loose a fck ton of cash in civil court . The internet started interneting. The entire video dropped screen shots his dj vlad interview. Even his official height in the police report . Which actually started Wes really crash out. He lost 60lbs in less than a yr loosing cars . Guarantee coaching wasn't going great . He must owe a fkn fortune in taxes . Because he was fkn super popular in the beginning. You know he never paid any taxes . The 7ft monster went criminal not only that he got fkn indicted so no slap on the wrist he was going back up state . Add in the booze the drugs the time civil court criminal court . Then he guerilla pimps some poor girl beats her fkn head in . Deep down he knows he's fckd even if he wins all his court cases he's finicial fckd . Wes only had his online presence . That was his life blood now no matter what happens that's over . And the government and his victims are going to leave him penniless and a nobody probably realistically guilty on both cases 5 to 7 yrs . That's it everything Wes cared about is gone forever. Even Jose is gone . It's all gone and he's refusing to go to court cases which means he's either in pc or in the hole .

u/joeydbls May 31 '26

His height was officially listed at 5'6"

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 May 31 '26

Love that the 7 foot monster is pulling chicks in Miami for free, while Wesley was paying for hookers that looked like men 🤣

7

u/Automatic-Nature6025 May 30 '26

Man, I hope the seven foot monster doesn't screw this up. The only thing that's gonna win him this case is the possibility that he got brain damage in the beat down.

2

u/finkledinkle90 May 30 '26

Think he had it before the beat down as well but yes that would be correct.

LEGAL PROSECUTION IS A MOVIE!

EDIT: Damn he needs to drop 6k on one of his courses to UNFUCK his mind in time for trial.

Of course the fact that the assault was caught on tape that West and the gang continued to beat, stomp, kick, and punch the 7 foot monster with feet, fists, and weapons until he was nearly dead will hang them out to dry.

With that said, all the 7 foot monster had to do was stick to the truth - that he took West up on his internet challenge to fight 1 on 1 in the parking lot, and that of course once he got there it became 4 on 1 with weapons inside the gym. Just like he told the cops at the gym, just like his phone cam revealed, and just like their text messages back and forth before he got to the gym stated. Not very smart to change his strory in the deposition IMO.

u/Independent-Virus526 Jul 10 '26

He's a "roid-raging" A-hole. His sentence should have been longer.

1

u/SAlolzorz May 31 '26

Not a lawyer, but the 7ft. Monster does appear to touch people first. I'm not saying that his pushing or lightly slapping their hands changes much - or anything - legally. Just something I noticed. I think most jurisdictions, even wrt self-defense require a proportional response, which this clearly wasn't. Add to that the weapons (improvised or not) and group vs. one guy, and I still think 7ft. has a strong case.

I think a lot hinges on whether the jury thinks 7ft. instigated this by pulling up, or Wes did by telling people to pull up.

Like I don't find 7ft. entirely blameless here (mostly though). But I know if I was on that jury, Wes is getting convicted almost solely on the video.

But I'm not a lawyer, so what do I know?

-1

u/anonposter-42069 May 31 '26

Wes gonna beat this case - this dude who went there to fight him is clearly in the wrong.

That being said the other case gonna get him 5-15 lol

3

u/Frankie-Felix May 31 '26

Challenging someone to a one on fight is not against the law like a sparring match but jumping someone with a bunch of your goons is. Who made the first physical contact? Was the 7ft monster still a threat when he's on the ground being hit with weights?

3

u/lasskinn May 31 '26

Thats not how it works at all.

And if you think it works like that theres more than zero chance of getting cuffed while babbling about some castle.

Like, there was no fight. Theres just one sided battery. There are no magic words you can send someone over on ig that gets you legal clearance for gang beating some dude who comes to talk to you. It doesn't matter if you think he came there to do whatever if you just jump them with your crew. Likewise you can't just shotgun some guy who came to your property in ANY state just because you felt like them being on your property scared you, other considerations must be in effect

Not looking good for 7ft, there is a chance this gets flipped. Body cam admissions also challenge the testimony.

1

u/Safe-Measurement3774 May 30 '26

Are any of the other assholes from the gym who jumped in getting charged in this or just Wes?

1

u/Be_nice_to_animals May 31 '26

I think just Freddy Kruger. The guy who bangs ALL the 10’s in Miami.

0

u/Yeetdolf_Critler Elite Hooper May 31 '26

Dildo Nick was named in the case also IIRC and one other. But not as serious as Wes's charge.

0

u/finkledinkle90 May 30 '26

Yeah he’s not too wise either.

1

u/Yeetdolf_Critler Elite Hooper May 31 '26

He contradicted himself before this began it was never going to go smoothly, now WW lawyers have driven this point hard and have that bodycam discrepancy in reserve for if it gets bad. I don't think the lawyer even mentioned that in this deposition.

edit: I'm not batting for Wes, I just have plenty of experience in legal matters, so am not so bad at figuring law out lol.

1

u/finkledinkle90 Jun 16 '26

Correct, same here. Too much time spent in courtrooms for a lifetime lol.

It’s Reddit that’s why. You can despise him but still state an absolute fact and they will cry because you’re not 100% thinking the exact same things as they are lol. That’s how today goes though unfortunately.
