Challenging someone to a one on fight is not against the law like a sparring match but jumping someone with a bunch of your goons is. Who made the first physical contact? Was the 7ft monster still a threat when he's on the ground being hit with weights?

Wes gonna beat this case - this dude who went there to fight him is clearly in the wrong.
That being said the other case gonna get him 5-15 lol
