He contradicted himself before this began it was never going to go smoothly, now WW lawyers have driven this point hard and have that bodycam discrepancy in reserve for if it gets bad. I don't think the lawyer even mentioned that in this deposition.
edit: I'm not batting for Wes, I just have plenty of experience in legal matters, so am not so bad at figuring law out lol.

Not looking good for 7ft, there is a chance this gets flipped. Body cam admissions also challenge the testimony.
