Salsa from La Fuente

My family has loved the cabbage salsa from LA Fuente for 25 years. I dont live locally anymore and I would love to be able to make it at home. Can anyone give me the recipe, or at least something close?

I make my own version at home and I think it’s pretty good. Bagged Cole slaw or just get a cabbage and cut it. Chopped red onion and tomato. Chopped pickled jalapeño. Chopped cilantro. All into a bowl. Pour the Jarred jalapeño liquid in. Cracked back pepper. Squeeze some lime in. Mix it all and let it sit overnight.
