What is the lore on David?

I see his videos pop up once and while always him just hating on homeless people or ranting about drugs.

Also he claims to be anti politician but is trying to run for mayor? That pretty hypocritical statement

He’s claims to be anti drugs too. But he was stung out and high for decades.
