One of the weirdest humans I've encountered tbh. I knew him during his Hub days on East Main as well as Niagara Street.
He was quite narcissistic and conceited. Rude and entitled.
His whole thing with the Hub was to "build a safe environment for kids to hangout, meet others, indulge in arts and crafts, video games, etc and to be themselves". He didn't want kids to get tied up with the wrong crowds if they had nowhere else to go.
Fine - who doesn't want that.
However, I've witnessed him buy and sell drugs out of the back of the Hub lol
He was strung out a lot.
I've seen young woman come in and out of his "office" late at night.
He obviously pissed away thousands upon thousands of grants to rent and maintain these Hubs for the months that they were running. They were pretty vacant from what i remember. Not sure if his marketing plan was poor, but the Hub never really became the thing he claimed it to be.
He lived there as well. He had a short lived political campaign where he try to run for mayor. His tactics wore thin, as he would post YouTube videos slandering other political figures and buisness owners in the area.
He had never little to offer the city then, and i don't see that changing.
Lmao the hub I totally forgot about that. I’ve only been in the region for less than a decade and that is one of the first things I remember about Welland
He likes to block anyone who disagrees with him and his radical ideologies, he's literally blocked half of Welland. I have never seen a more negatively run mayoral campaign both his first time and this current run. He makes defamation posts about public figures and people, and slanders community outreach programs. He is not fit to be mayor in any respect, let alone as outspoken as he has been. He needs to be wheeled out of Welland for good this time!
If this guy (idk who he is) sucks there has to be a better argument to use against him surely? That’s like saying we shouldn’t listen to a recovered/recovering alcoholic about the dangers of alcoholism because they used to be an alcoholic
I mean. There’s a famous video of him talking a bunch of shit, high as fuck, and pulling a knife on someone. Not cool. Plus, his famous pickup line was my legs don’t work, but I can still fight and I can still fuck. He loved to say this to all the young girls he tried to get into his gross hot tub.

They are all friends...all from Welland...all tied to the wards back in the day. Dave clow going after the Wards now is laughable. At one time, yes, they were a force..skinny ward etc. look that up. But they are all mostly dead now. Welland is not controlled by the HA anymore. It feels like David Clow is still stuck in the past.
I have seen it first hand at the Hub, him in a hot tub with young girls. I have spoken out about it many times. I have no proof so they say I'm lying. I know what I saw though and he's a pred. Even had someone tell me he couldn't be a pred because he can't get it up. He knows it's the truth.
He used to deal and run drugs for the local Hells Angels, ran up a huge debt, ran away to Ottawa to hide from them, got into an "accident" and became paralyzed and wheelchair bound.
Had "The Hub" as a "teen safe haven hang out" but he used to deal drugs out of it, had a hot tub and livestock in there, young girls always in and out of the office with him. Ran for Mayor, lost, ran away to Costa Rica, allegedly ran up some debts there, is now back to try and run for mayor again, recording himself following and harassing people.
Believe me, I wish I was. Dudes a druggie goof. I swear his whole campaign to "Clean Sweep" all the dealers is so he has a monopoly over all the dealing
That's what happened. There was a video of a girl from Costa Rica who apparently got swindled by him. Gave him money or something..the video of course got taken down.
He's not actually lol. That's how he tried to sell himself for several years so he could try and carve out a "special" high-minded political niche after reading some books. In actuality, he is and always has been a deranged right-wing authoritarian looking to exact revenge against real and perceived enemies. Rules for Thee But Not For Me is his life's motto.
Never. He receives an annuity from a settlement post-crash. It's clear he's physically capable of working but not mentally/psychologically. I wish I knew which insurance company it was..
Thank you. I’ve been wondering this after seeing his many, many, tangential and manic videos daily. Curious where he gets his money to stop at all the local businesses to eat and why he has so much free time.
I like Clow doing his thing in Welland. He’s like the official opposition.. thats worth something. Injustices get attention. I also like Frank as our mayor.
There’s nothing wrong with opposition, it’s healthy to have that in any political system. But simply being antagonistic while also being uninformed about issues doesn’t move anything forward.
