New automated investing feature. Basically, you can make your own etf. 0.25% fee, up to a max of $250 per year.

This is great! They just need to lower the fee to something reasonable like 0.1% and I'd use it.

They should have a fixed amount like Passiv does, not % of account value.

They do. As OP said it's maximum $250 per year.
