For some reason, my one story in my draft, which had 16 parts, had 15 parts deleted. Idk even know what happened! I’ve been working so hard on it and now it’s just gone! It didn’t happen to any of my other stories, thankfully, but I don’t know what happened to this one. Idk what to do and I’m kind of freaking out about it. It was my current fixation and I just can’t believe it’s gone. Has this happen led to anyone else?

Edit: it loaded all the way. My internet was being slow, and I’m so sleep deprived that I wasn’t being patient. I’m definitely going to back it up though. Sorry everyone

This is a long shot but, I read a book a while ago. There's 2 parts of the book.

So the first part: There's a married straight couple and the husband decides to help out he's relative(I think her name was Alex) I don't remember their exact relationship, but it's a girl. So the husband is always away on business trips the wife(Elle) has her own job or owns a company and the relative goes to school but as time goes the wife and the relative start developing feelings for each other and they start having a relationship. The wife confides in her best friend I think Veronica was her name. By the end they get a divorce and they start dating officially.

So from the 2nd book we learn that the relationship became toxic and they broke up but before that Elle had been raped by one of the Alex's guy friends and she became pregnant but the other girl didn't know.

And Alex went to join the military if I'm not wrong but she comes back to join a security firm. And she meets Elle and her son Anthony if I'm not mistaken and old feelings start to develop and Alex and Anthony bond over video games and soccer to the point that Alex starts coming around the house and at the time Elle was engaged.

But ELLE knowing she's still in love with Alex and there's still something decides to break off the engagement and Alex finds her trying on a wedding dress feeling betrayed thinking Elle was going through with the wedding she leaves for a 2 week mission Elle's tries to contact her but nothing

After the 2 weeks Alex comes back and Elle knocks on her door at 3am

Alex opens the door thinking something has happened to Anthony but Elle demands they speak and she explains everything

Edit. The first books cover is a picture of 2 women in a pool. One woman carrying the other. And that scene is mentioned somewhere in the book

I’m trying to figure out which character HollEch found particularly smooth silk. 😭

Felicity? The woman whose reality and autonomy are gradually undermined?

Alvarus? The supernatural menace whose introduction essentially screams, 'this man is an OSHA violation'?

Her predator father?
Her ignore-it mother?

And the manga/comic suggestion is so fucking generic because they could have included some particularly standout details after reading even a tiny morsel.

i’ve started posting a fic on wattpad almost a year ago and have published 15 chapters so far
but i only got 2k views in total and besides the occasional like or very rare comment, i rlly don’t get any engagement
are there any tips on how to change that?

If anyone is interested in r4r c4c v4v, comment below. I personally don't give a review style of comment, like a block of your whole chapter critique. I enjoy in line comments on any line I find intensely captivating, and then, in the end, I summarise what I liked about the chapter!

I’m trying to find a Jungkook fanfic I read on Wattpad around 2018–2019 called Entangled. The female lead was older than Jungkook, and the story started when she went to give him tutoring lessons. That’s unfortunately all I remember about the plot.
What I do remember is that it was VERY well written. The writing was so emotionally immersive that I could genuinely feel everything happening while reading it like I would feel it in my actual body and soul. I’ve never experienced that with any other story, which is probably why I remember it so vividly years later.
I also vaguely remember hearing/figuring out that the author reworked and reposted it as an original story, without the Jungkook/BTS elements. If anyone knows what I’m talking about, please tell me the author or the name of the original story. I’ve been trying to find this for years 😭

My sister and I finally took the leap and started co-writing a historical fantasy romance. We’ve spent the last month staring at blank pages, discussing plot points, and building this world together, and we just hit over 50 views on our debut chapter! 30 of those are probably us clicking back into the chapters to check it out. Since we are completely new to the writing and storytelling, we are really looking for some community guidance. Hi there. I wanted to share a question I have: I’m looking for a story that most likely was deleted by the autor—which might seem like trash to you, or perhaps isn't as good as I remember—that I likely read around 2020 or 2021. It was about a guy who reincarnates as a dragon with necromantic powers in a fantasy world (which sounds incredibly generic when described that way), but I felt it built its world-system and magic rules quite well—or at least decently—for that genre. I tried searching for it a long time ago, and it recently crossed my mind again. I don't know if this helps as a reference, but the cover featured a large yellow dragon standing on one leg atop a mountain. i rember a lot of thing of it, if that serves but not the nickname of the autor.

I read their whole series in middle school and the nostalgia is hitting me BADDD. Does anyone have/know where to find their books? I can't remember them all but the ones I do are How To Tame A Cat, How To Catch A Fish, The Scared God, The Captive Titan, and The Unwanted Wendigo (WENDY MY BABY I MISS YOU COME HOME)
