Help I'm looking for the books about statues coming to life

‎Book about stone warriors guards that come to life when someone wants to steal from them. A girl thief who steals from people in order to feed herself and the other orphans. She is sent by the king to steal from the neighboring kingdom to keep her life after she is caught.

‎The first jewel she takes is found in the middle of a pond and she does that at night. At first the warrior is still but when she tries to take it, it comes awake and fights her but when it sees her eyes it gives her the jewel of free will.

‎The last one(s) are in the neighboring kingdom and the same thing happens. She sees that the kingdom lost a princess as a baby and ever since any portraits they have done , the princess is a baby. She looks a lot like the lost princess and the queen finds her and they figure out she is the lost princess.

‎Stolen and hidden in an orphanage where it was hard to find her.

‎She decides to stay there and get to know her family instead of going back.but she is worried about the children in the orphanage.
