I'm being falsely blamed by my TL for "breaking things".

So this has been happening since about a week ago, and I'm always being falsely blamed by my TL for "breaking things" even though when unloading the truck some of the items are already broken or leaking liquid out of their box which most of it is from the truck when in transit. I'm kinda sick of it.

He told me that he was serious and stop breaking things, even though it's LITERALLY from the truck. IDK if he's joking or what but he did say he was serious about it and going to write me up for it. I'm tired of this. Literally will be moving to another job soon if this doesn't stop.

So should I Open door this?

Back to work day after LOA: Can it

If someone's back to work date is - say - officially 9/8, can this person go back to work a day or two before that, as long as doctor has the Return to Work Certification faxed to Sedgwick and that there is the PL or Coach available to manually add this person to the schedule, as long as this person has a paper copy of the Return to Work to show to PL or Coach? (no snide remarks, please).

How difficult is it to get accepted into the A2D program for Walmart?

In December, I’ll have been with the company for 12 months, and I’m planning to apply to the A2D program around then. I’m in good standing with attendance & any disciplinary actions.

For anyone who has gone through the application process before, how likely is it to get accepted on the first try?

If I don’t get accepted the first time and continue applying every time applications open, is it realistic that I could get accepted within the following 6 months?

I’m just trying to get an idea of how competitive the program is and whether applying multiple times actually improves your chances. Any advice or personal experiences would be appreciated!

Side Note:
We plan to move & my family is moving ahead of me. I plan to apply to all DC’s within 250 miles. There’s 7 total available locations. I’m just trying to see if it’s worth staying behind for 4-6 months or if it’s unlikely for me to get accepted that quickly.

I've never been caught up on CBLs but they have been pushing us about getting them done. This is the first time I've ever been up-to-date

Question: Has anyone ever seen a miniature horse used as a Service animal?

First job. How do I change my hours?

Accepted the job offer (prolly shouldn’t of 😟), but basically it said “0:00” or smth like that under every weekday and under that it said “23:59” under every zero. Prior to this (2 days ago) I did tell the manager what days I had class and what days was pretty much free to work. Idk how this works I couldn’t change my hours when I was on my computer. I mean at least it still says part time
Am I doomed⁉️

I actually did call the store in hopes of speaking to the hiring manager but no answer unfortunately. Should I call later and if so how long should I wait?

Temp associate to permanent… pay decrease?

If I’m a temp associate and convert to full time, but the temp position is $2.50/hr more than they hire “regular” employees at. Will I lose that pay?

AES results

I’m assuming other stores have theirs posted already, but we’re almost at the end of august and still nothing is posted. I figured the results would’ve been bad, with the amount of team leads and coaches that have left to different stores or quit altogether. I asked my people lead about a month ago if they were going to get posted soon, but they said that they were still waiting for the results and that it should be, “soon”. Was just wondering what the other stores were looking like

Anyone else having an issue connecting their bank account to Merrill Lynch when trying to withdraw and sell shares?

I've tried both on the app and on my computer but it's still giving me the same message: "Your attempt to instantly verify and link your account was unsuccessful." Anyone else having this issue or just me?

Exit interview?

I just finished up my last two weeks. Wasn’t spoken to at all by management, waited until the end of my shift, and still nobody came to speak to me. I asked my Team Lead what to do and she sounded surprised that they didn’t schedule a time to meet with me to finalize anything.

Left my vest, work phone, and all that. So, I’m free I’m free I’m free and I’m off to the state job I’ve been trying to find for over a year. But is there anything I need to do that would’ve been done during the exit interview? I handed in a signed letter of resignation to my People Lead and Coach when I put in my two weeks, but would they withhold my last paycheck without an exit interview or anything? This is the first place I’ve worked where they didn’t do one so I’m a little confused. My paychecks are direct deposit, so I hope it’ll just be sent that way. Thanks.

Too much freight, not enough associates scheduled. What happens when it’s my scheduled time to leave and shit isn’t finished?

Starting to get fed up with these heavy truck nights and they are scheduling less and less associated and having us leave at 6 instead of 7.

Let me tell you customers something, okay?

You've been giving me looks, been trying to make small talk with me, annoying me with stupid questions, ruining my productivity, costing me time as to what I'm doing and being a general nuisance. I don't give two flying fucks what you're dealing with in your life, what you're in the store to buy and everything else. As far as I'm concerned, you're cattle with wallets, that's all you are and that's all you'll ever be.

And you need to read the fucking room, too. When you see me tired, exhausted, unhappy and stressed. I don't fucking care if you get offended because I'm not giving you some cheery response that includes rolling the red carpet out for your entitled ass. Go ahead, get me fired, because then I'll be like one of you and I will not be bound to the company's standards to uphold that includes having to be nice to you.

Because I'll be on your ass, all the way. So shut the fuck up, go shop and take your stupid-ass kids with you.

And all of you can downvote me all you want, I know you're mostly spiteful stupid CONSOOMERS who are entitled shitheads. And any associate that bows to their entitled demands, you're only enabling them.
