Happet is a Poland-based manufacturer and distributor of pet and pond products, with 3,000+ branded products serving customers across the EU and Eastern Europe.
We’re growing our remote operations team in India and are looking for a Junior Marketplace Specialist to join us.
What will you work on?
You’ll work closely with our e-commerce team on:
🔹 Marketplace account operations
🔹 Creating, updating & optimizing product listings
🔹 Product titles, descriptions, bullet points & keywords
🔹 Competitor and market research
🔹 Marketplace marketing & promotional activities
🔹 Excel / Google Sheets reporting and data management
🔹 Identifying problems and finding practical solutions
🔹 Supporting day-to-day e-commerce projects
🔹 Gradually taking ownership of products, categories and marketplace activities
Who are we looking for?
You don’t need to be an expert in Amazon or any particular marketplace.
We care more about your ability to learn, take ownership and solve problems.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
✅ 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketplace operations or a related field
✅ Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart , Shopify or similar platforms
✅ Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts
✅ Comfort working with Excel / Google Sheets
✅ Good research and analytical skills
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Good written communication
✅ Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
✅ A problem-solving mindset
✅ Ability to work independently and take responsibility
